Another important facet of GMF STRUCTURAL is Commercial Development and Construction. From restaurant build-outs, shopping plazas, storage warehouses, steel buildings to airplane hangars and manufacturing facilities.

We provide the manpower and expertise to build quality buildings to architectural specifications. One of our more current projects was the renovation of the 10,000 sq.ft. Vanity Fair Arcade in downtown Lakeland, Florida. A circa 1924 building on the Historic National Registry that sat vacant for over three years. The construction included selective demolition, new structural steel framework from the inside, all new plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems and all new interior finishes.
